Code of Conduct

You are already intelligent enough to value humanity.

We’re voicing our strong, unequivocal support of appropriate behaviour by all participants.

brainXperts’ 21skillz training sessions, conferences, seminars, events help you rethink and improve learning by bringing you face-to-face with the knowledge of twenty-one highly mandatory skills to succeed in 21st Century.

At brainXperts, we assume that most people are intelligent and well-intended, and we’re not inclined to tell people what to do. However, we want all our training sessions and events to be a safe and productive environment for everyone. To that end, this code of conduct spells out the behaviour we support and don’t support at our conferences and other events.

Our core approach is that unhuman, harassment or offensive behaviour at any training session, event venues or elsewhere can’t be condoned. It’s counter to our company values and more importantly, to the values as human beings.

We invite you to help us make a community that is –

Welcoming and respectful to all

Regardless of race, gender, identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, national origin, ethnicity, political affiliation, or religion

Focused on learning

The great networking and community richness that happens when we get together in person

Not tolerating any harassment

Of conference participants or others in any form — in person or otherwise

includes but not limited to –

  • Unwelcome or hostile behaviour,
  • Offensive comments,
  • Verbal threats or demands,
  • Sexualized images in public spaces,
  • Intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording,
  • Messing up with anybody’s ego, family, spouse or money,
  • Sustained disruption of sessions or events, and
  • Unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.
  • Slights, negative messages and/or comments, both unintended and intentional, may be based solely on appearance (sometimes called micro-aggressions).
